You can’t be higher level in this class than your true Multiplier. Virtual Multipliers aren’t good enough here. ++’s to your Multiplier may work.
This class allows you to locally (one rooms worth/level) affect the rules/code of the game. Some examples follow:
Changing what actions are legal (M+P+V vs. S+V, extra actions due to a high stat),
Changing the local power factors (PF, MF, PsiF, TF, TechF, etc.; max= +-10 times level),
SEL=220 “Squick” something (max=level targets),
Banning/Unbanning (non-DM) an effect,
Changing can to can’t and vice versa on an effect,
Changing an exotic Th/dmg/AC/saves/hp type to another type,
Exchanging a value from a Th/dmg/AC/saves/hp source to a different Th/dmg/AC/saves/hp (max= level targets),
Affecting more than the limit of groupings you are allowed (max= +level),
Changing the local environment/room type,
Create a Terrain Feature of a Status Effect (max SEL = 10 times level).
This list is not exhaustive. There may be other ways this class can be used outside the scope of the rules on a case-by-case basis. Check with your DM.
